1. Our services and agreements

Services: We provide social media management, content production (photo and video), AI integration, growth partnerships, local business consulting, and branding and design (including logos, flyers, menus, and websites). The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement between you and Member Marketing, which controls over these Terms for that project. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until we both agree in writing.
Using this website: You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit false or harmful content through the contact form.
2. Payment, content, and intellectual property
Fees and payment: Fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms are stated in your written proposal or agreement. Please review them before approving work.
Client materials: You are responsible for content you give us (such as logos, photos, text, and music) and confirm you have the right to use it. You agree to obtain any releases needed from people who appear in photos or video we create for you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property: Member Marketing owns the content, design, and code of this website. For client work, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you on full payment, as stated in your agreement. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Client names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners.
No guarantee of results: Results depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithms, budgets, and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as follower counts, sales, or rankings. We may rely on third-party platforms and tools (including social networks and AI tools) and are not responsible for their changes or outages.
3. Liability, governing law, and contact
Disclaimer: This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Member Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
